Job summary

You will lead a global operations team across four regions and oversee 150 locations with 150,000–200,000 shipments annually.

The role requires a senior leader with a strong track record in risk management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Law, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in customs, trade compliance, or global logistics.
• At least 5 years of direct people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute GE Aerospace’s global customs and trade compliance strategy.
• Lead the global operations team across four regions and act as executive oversight.
• Manage customs brokers and vendors, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Drive tariff management, duty optimization, and implementation of special programs.
