Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 10+ years in customs compliance and international trade.
• Experience managing global programs across regions and jurisdictions.
• Experience managing customs brokers, trade service providers, and third‑party logistics partners.
• Knowledge of tariff classification and origin determination, COO documentation, and FTAs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external customs providers to meet service level agreements and drive continuous improvement.
• Enhance and standardize global customs compliance procedures across regions and units.
• Lead process improvements to simplify compliance activities, reduce risk, and support growth.
• Govern and optimize customs-related systems, data, and tools.
• Develop and deliver training on customs and trade compliance to staff worldwide.
• Provide reporting on compliance performance to senior leadership.
