You will coordinate with importers, shippers, airlines, and brokers, ensuring accurate documentation and timely clearance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point of contact for existing and new customers.
• Daily arrangement of customs clearance and monitor the brokers' procedures.
• Implement SOP to meet customer requirements.
• Work with Coordinator/Documentation for data entry and checking.
• Invoice preparation, cost checking and closing.
• Support manager to improve communication with customers.
• Complete other related tasks as assigned by the team leader.
