Responsibilities

• Act as focal point of contact for existing and new customers.
• Daily arrangement of customs clearance, and monitor the customs brokers daily procedure & reports.
• Implement SOP perfectly to meet customer specific requirement.
• Work with Coordinator/Documentation for data entry and checking.
• Prepare invoices, conduct cost checking and closing.
• Support manager in customer communications to improve collaboration.
• Complete other related jobs assigned by the team leader.
