Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel; Cognos, SAP preferred.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented, multitasking and deadline driven.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Process customs clearance with all data and documents.
• Investigate and resolve operational or entry issues.
• Review client requirements including billing and audits.
• Liaise with CBP and other government agencies.
• Enter billing charges into the system.
• Support ISO audits and documentation updates.
