Job summary

JAS Worldwide in New York is seeking a Customs Entry Specialist to process customs entries, verify compliance, and coordinate with CBP and other agencies. You will review data, handle billing items, and support ISO audits in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in customs entry/processing, strong Excel and financial-system skills, and the ability to multitask while delivering accuracy and timely results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in customs entry/processing.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial systems (Cognos, SAP).
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask under deadlines.
• Team player capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Process customs clearance confirming all necessary data and documents.
• Investigate, resolve and communicate operational or entry issues.
• Review client requirements including billing and other items.
• Work directly with CBP and other government agencies.
• Review entry details and verify compliance.
• Enter all billing charges into system.
• Participate in ISO audits and documentation updates.
• Other duties as needed.
