Job summary

The role requires proficiency in Excel and related financial systems, and the ability to interact with importers and internal teams. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of customs entry experience, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of customs entry experience.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with CBP or other government agencies.
• CargoWise (C1) experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Able to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Process customs clearance, ensuring data and documents are complete.
• Investigate, resolve and communicate entry issues.
• Review client requirements including accounting, bonds, audit instructions and billing.
• Verify entry details and compliance.
• Enter all billing charges into the system.
• Participate in ISO audits and documentation updates.
