Qualifications

• Required 2+ years’ experience working in customs entry/processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; preferred experience in Cognos, SAP, and CargoWise (C1).
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process customs clearance with complete and accurate data.
• Investigate and resolve entry or operational issues and communicate findings.
• Review client requirements including billing, accounting, credit, and audits.
• Coordinate with CBP and other agencies as needed.
• Enter billing charges into the system and support ISO audits.
