Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Customs Entry Specialist to join our shared service center. You will process the Customs Entry efficiently and accurately for multiple branches, ensuring compliance with US Customs regulations and timely clearance.

Key requirements include 2-5 years of experience, CHB license a plus, and strong MS Office/Excel skills. Fluent English is essential, with excellent communication and organizational abilities. This role offers growth in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of processing customs entries.
• CHB License is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel; PDF knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receives import files to clear through Customs
• Ensure import clearance files are compliant with US Customs regulations
• Resolve and communicate clearance issues with internal teams and customers
• Prioritize shipments based on ETA or other factors
• Process customs bonds as needed
• Process steel licenses as needed
• Communicate entry release
• Ensure each file is invoiced correctly
• Assist with new customer implementation
• Stays up to date with current regulations with US Customs
