The position requires Excel proficiency and familiarity with CBP/OGA, plus experience with CargoWise (C1). It involves a climate-controlled office environment and a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years minimum customs entry experience required.
• Intermediate level knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity working with Customs Border Patrol (CBP) or Other Government Agencies (OGA).
• Preferred experience working in CargoWise (C1).

Mansioni

• Process customs clearance confirming all necessary data and documents are available.
• Investigate, resolve and communicate operational or entry issues.
• Review client requirements including accounting, credit, customs bond, audit instructions and billing.
• Review entry details and verify compliance.
• Enter all billing charges into system.
• Participate in ISO audits and documentation updates.
