Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in customs entry/processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel; Cognos, SAP preferred.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Process customs clearance with complete data and documents.
• Investigate, resolve and communicate entry issues.
• Review client requirements including accounting, credit, customs bond, audit instructions and billing.
• Interact with CBP and other government agencies.
• Enter all billing charges into the system.
• Participate in ISO audits and documentation updates.
• Other duties as needed.
