Job summary

FedEx Logistics in Memphis, TN seeks an entry reviewer for US Customs/Government Agencies to ensure accurate submissions and compliance. You will deliver impeccable customer service while supporting entry processing and related cage functions.

The role requires 3 years of business or customer service experience, HS Diploma or GED, and strong attention to detail. A hybrid schedule (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) applies with paid training provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Review and correct entries for US Customs/Government Agencies to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Provide impeccable customer service.
Support entry processing and related functions such as cage operations.
Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from available resources.
Solicit and maintain all customs compliance documentation with customers.
Review and correct ABI errors and census warnings.
Work closely with internal staff, departments and customers to deliver high level of service.
Review entries for accuracy and re-process with corrections as needed, including requirements from government, agencies and customers.
Follow all government and organizational policies.
