Responsibilities

• Manage research projects and suppliers from planning through delivery within time and budget.
• Collect, review, and analyze market research results to identify key insights and recommended actions.
• Frame learning objectives with internal stakeholders and apply appropriate research methodologies.
• Develop and deliver presentations to inform GM leadership across multiple teams.
• Create quantitative questionnaires and qualitative discussion guides.
• Conduct analyses using current data and industry trends to enhance findings.
