Job summary

Cencora is seeking an experienced HR/Operations leader to join our Cary, NC facility. You will recruit, hire and develop staff, implement training programs, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards while managing station costs and workflow efficiencies.

As a senior team member, you will collaborate globally, drive performance improvements, and uphold quality and regulatory requirements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, human resources or similar vocations typically via a four-year bachelor’s degree.
• Requires 5+ years directly related and progressively responsible experience, including 2+ years at a supervisory level.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring and maintaining talented staff.
• Developing employees and overseeing training and onboarding.
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs and good business practices.
• Developing local procedures and policies for quality.
• Quarterly review of processes and workflows.
• Collaborating with managers to develop strategies and support growth.
• Delegation to ensure shipments are properly managed.
• Monitor station activity and manage resources and costs.
• Ensure critical cold chain requirements are met.
• Qualify and maintain equipment supporting the business.
• Comply with FAA, TSA, FDA and other regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships and cost-saving opportunities.
