Job summary

STMicroelectronics in the United States is seeking an experienced operations leader to be the primary interface between customers and ST for demand fulfillment, forecast alignment and service performance. You will manage customer orders, supply execution and backlogs, ensuring accurate information and timely delivery.

The role requires strong supply chain knowledge, cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance and logistics, and the ability to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in sales processes, demand and supply management and customer service.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes and best practices.
• Collaborative partner with business operations, sales, finance, divisions and supply chain teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and executions across lifecycle (firm orders, NRE POs, samples), including contracts and pricing setup.
• Maintain and optimize backlog; update requests and monitor confirmations & deliveries.
• Ensure adherence to agreed terms and drive issue resolution with divisions and supply chain.
• Provide short-term manufacturing requests through forecasts and demand management.
• Achieve revenue plans by driving backlog coverage with customer, sales and champions.
• Support billing and shipping with Finance, Logistics, and Trade Compliance.
• Ensure disciplined last-mile execution to achieve quarter-end billing targets.
• Translate key supply drivers into a reliable supply commitment with capacity visibility.
• Manage consignment and buffer stock agreements (VMI, LTI).
• Proactively manage shipment risks and trade compliance requirements.
• Oversee customer setup following governance standards and customer requirements.
