Job summary

Truvant is hiring a Director of Customer and Market Success to lead growth strategies for major Food & Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Healthcare brands. The role focuses on building strategic customer partnerships, pursuing new contract manufacturing and packaging opportunities, and aligning with executive leadership across North America and Europe.

Qualifications

5+ years in contract manufacturing/packaging environments.
5+ years in CPG/FMCG, Food & Beverage or Healthcare manufacturing/packaging.
Extensive customer-facing and solution development experience.
Deep understanding of manufacturing, packaging and supply chain operations.
Track record of delivering results via new business wins or account growth.
Experience with large-scale selling to Fortune 500 customers (>$10M deals).
Strong financial acumen for deal development.

Responsibilities

Achieve/exceed annual growth objectives and forecast accuracy targets.
Identify potential new customer opportunities and business development initiatives.
Develop annual account objectives for North America and contribute to regional growth.
Lead customer relationship plans and engage with stakeholders.
Drive RFP responses, pricing development, and win plans to secure business.
Coordinate startup of new projects with internal departments and manage timelines.
