Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director of Commercial Manufacturing to lead strategy, governance, and execution across external manufacturing networks for commercial drug products. You will oversee scheduling, capacity planning, risk mitigation, and regulatory readiness to ensure uninterrupted supply.

The role partners with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams, requiring deep expertise in process validation, technology transfer, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience leading pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging activities.
• Experience with multiple dosage forms is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate manufacturing activities at CMOs for commercial drug products.
• Establish and maintain manufacturing schedules based on forecasts and S&OP decisions.
• Verify qualification and validation of processes at CMOs for drug product.
