Job summary

Bandwidth is seeking a Global Customer Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementation for assigned accounts, coordinating across Sales, Account Management, Technical Support, Porting, and Product teams. You will guide customers to live production on Bandwidth's network and ensure timely handoffs at graduation.

The role requires 3+ years in implementation or technical customer-facing work in a B2B SaaS or telecom environment, with strong communication and project-management skills

Qualifications

• 3+ years of implementation, project management, or technical customer-facing experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently from initiation through completion.
• Working knowledge of VoIP, SIP, or telecommunications concepts sufficient to guide customers through technical onboarding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customers and colleagues should rarely need to follow up for a status or next step.
• Proficiency in CRM, Monday.com, or equivalent CRM and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for assigned accounts from case creation through graduation.
• Build and manage a project plan for assigned accounts; define milestones and action items; keep parties accountable to dates.
• Facilitate customer calls, training sessions, and regular status updates; set clear expectations from day one.
• Identify and address customer stalls before delays; engage Sales when intervention is needed.
• Deliver complete handovers to the receiving team at graduation with full context.
