Job summary

Bandwidth Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technical Program/Project Manager to lead key internal and external programs, driving product development and large customer implementations to achieve corporate goals. You will inspire teams, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, stakeholder leadership, and robust risk management, with a focus on end-to-end program delivery and measurable ROI post-launch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years program management experience in telecom or enterprise software delivery.
• Experience partnering with product, technology, and business teams to deliver on goals.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product management to deliver products aligned with Bandwidth’s strategic direction.
• Drive prioritization, roadmaps, and delivery planning.
• Manage cross-functional delivery across interdependent initiatives — you own the delivery!
• Define solution concepts with product, technology, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure technical delivery and go-to-market readiness for program delivery.
• Foresee and mitigate risks; raise visibility with mitigation plans.
• Build relationships across the organization to prepare stakeholders for change.
• Measure ROI post-launch and report deltas to product management.
• Refine standards and reporting for program management within the Delivery Office.
