Job summary

Amazon Indianapolis is seeking a collection manager for a 3-month term. The role oversees approximately 100 associates and direct line control of five team managers, ensuring their priorities focus on delivering a global customer experience aligned with Amazon CS tenets.

Qualifications

• College / Bachelor’s degree finished (any area) - transcripts may be requested
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading leaders
• Fluent English (language proficiency could be evaluated)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong commitment to excellent customer experience and motivation to lead teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, proactive self-starter
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
• Ability to develop new ideas and innovative solutions
• Strong influencing and management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee general performance and delivery of teams and coordinate with support functions
• Lead Kaizen events to address customer issues and process improvements
• Escalate issues to drive actions and improvements for the customer experience
• Coordinate launches, messaging, and reviews with enterprise groups as needed
• Represent the team in broader business meetings and drive input and actions from team performance
