Job summary

Advantest is seeking a Customer Engineer Escalation to join Global Customer Service Teams. You will coordinate support activities for AAI-based accounts, owning PS responsibilities from NPI to production sustaining across upstream and downstream environments.

You will collaborate with Sales, AE, and factory to ensure alignment and a customer-team approach, driving overall customer satisfaction and building trust with key contacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field experience required.
• Experience in project management.
• Fluent in English.
• Travel up to 20% with short notice may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate account support activity across assigned AAI accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, AE, and factory to align customer team efforts.
• Own and escalate PS-related production service matters end-to-end.
• Contribute to account playbooks and Management Plans for clear reporting.
• Regularly review with customer contacts to understand needs and build trust.
