Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical/Electrical Engineering required.
• 4–6 years in semiconductor manufacturing with customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency in C++ and Java; familiarity with Advantest V93000 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver post-sales service support for Advantest’s automated test and handling products, including troubleshooting production test programs and overseeing upgrades.
• Provide thorough engineering and technical assistance, focusing on debugging tests and hardware to maintain performance.
• Support license management for local and global customers; coordinate with Service Sales for new opportunities.
• Ensure service contract deliverables are met and provide technical feedback to improve products.
