Job summary

Imprivata seeks a Community Development Manager to lead strategy, growth, and engagement of the customer community, owning the platform and cross-functional initiatives. This hybrid role is based in Waltham, MA, and focuses on advocacy, learning, and measurable business value for customers.

You will partner across Customer Success, Support, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Events to deliver exceptional experiences and scalable programs. 5+ years in community spaces is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience building and growing customer communities with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Strong PM, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven with engagement metrics skills.
• Experience in healthcare IT or customer advocacy programs preferred.
• Community management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community strategy to drive engagement and business value.
• Evolve Salesforce Experience Cloud into learning, collaboration, support destination.
• Define and report KPIs and analytics on growth and satisfaction.
• Design onboarding, recognition, advocacy programs.
• Build relationships with customers and advocates.
• Plan virtual and in-person engagement programs and events.
• Collaborate with Product, Success, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering.
• Share customer feedback to inform Voice of the Customer.
• Establish governance and scalable processes.
• Stay current on trends and opportunities to leverage AI and automation.
