H-Squared is seeking a Global Custodian Relationship Manager to oversee custody relationships across the UK and Western Europe. This hands-on role combines stakeholder management, operational oversight, and strategic project delivery to improve existing partnerships.

The position involves owning relationships with major custodians, driving onboarding, performance metrics, and contract reviews, while coordinating solutions with internal and external teams and supporting leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in B2B relationship management in financial services, or the wealth & investment management space.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with 5-10 major custodians across international markets.
• Oversee service delivery, KPIs, SLAs and operational performance.
• Lead contract reviews, fee negotiations and relationship improvements.
• Manage escalations and coordinate solutions across internal and external teams.
• Drive custody onboarding, operational enhancements and strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with senior leadership and support junior analysts.
