Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Global Custody Administrator I or 4 years in financial services, preferably securities processing.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects with varying priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers for complex custody accounts under supervision.
• Verify and approve daily processing activities within the custody team.
• Train/mentor new team members in Global Custody Administrator functions.
• Lead or assist with special projects and act as backup supervisor when needed.
• Research and resolve issues with clients, partners, and internal teams.
