Job summary

Fisher Investments seeks a GCM Custodian Relationship Manager to lead B2B custodian relationships regionally, guiding service delivery and program initiatives that drive growth. You will oversee onboarding, performance management, and contract support, reporting to a GCM Team Leader.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, risk oversight, and collaboration across internal teams and custodian partners to ensure value and compliance with SLAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in B2B or financial services.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent critical thinking, organizational and time management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.
• Experience coordinating between internal and external partners.
• Excel and JIRA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary B2B relationship lead for custodians in the region; accountable for partnership success and value delivery.
• Build and maintain custodian relationships to ensure issue resolution and mutual value for end clients.
• Manage the regional custody program to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead coordination with teams and custodians to deliver custody capabilities aligned with goals.
• Lead enhancements to custodian performance and evaluation processes, including reporting and due diligence.
• Support fee negotiations, contract reviews, and business expansion projects with GCM leadership.
• Define and deliver custody-related plans from scope through implementation (onboarding, integrations, improvements).
• Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and changes; provide updates to leadership.
