Responsibilities

• Lead B2B custodian relationships in a regional area.
• Manage regional custody program and ensure SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with custodians to deliver custody capabilities aligned with goals.
• Support fee negotiations and contract reviews.
• Identify risks and provide updates to GCM leadership.
• Oversee onboarding, integrations, and process improvements.
• Provide guidance to team members and partners.
