Job summary

DePaul University is seeking a Coordinator of Curriculum Internationalization (CCI) to administer global certificates and oversee GLBL/GL course tagging in the student information system. The role requires coordinating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate records, while expanding DePaul's global reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a multicultural environment with logistics and data management responsibilities is a plus.
• Minimum of two years of experience with process management and program logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with SharePoint and PeopleSoft.
• Experience with survey management systems such as Qualtrics.
• Strong communication, organizational and intercultural skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Fully administer global certificates for students, including tracking progress and communications.
• Manage GLBL course tagging in the Student Information System and ensure accuracy.
• Oversee course review and tagging processes for GLBL/GL and GLBL/GLE courses.
• Collaborate with committee chairs, program directors, and stakeholders to coordinate tagging and audits.
• Assist with CI programs/events planning, promotion, and marketing materials.
