Job summary

DePaul University is seeking a CI Coordinator to administer global certificates, manage global learning course tagging in the SIS, and support CI programs, events and communications. The role involves data reporting, surveys, and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders.

You will work with the DCI and CI teams to ensure timely records, accurate tagging, and promote DePaul’s global learning initiatives across campus and with international partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in related field; higher education preferred.
• Experience in process management and program logistics is required.
• Experience in a multicultural environment is highly valued.
• Strong skills in data management and reporting in university systems.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft and SharePoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer global certificates and track progress in student records.
• Tag and manage Global Learning course data in SIS (PeopleSoft).
• Coordinate course reviews and tagging across GLBL and GLE programs.
• Run queries, audits, and ensure timely tagging and data accuracy.
• Support CI programs, events, and marketing activities.
• Assist with CI data reporting and survey management.
• Coordinate Global Conversations sessions and partner visits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
