Job summary

Loyola University Chicago is seeking a PROGRAM MANAGER to provide comprehensive program management for the Center for Community & Global Health at the Maywood Health Sciences Campus.

The role requires advancing international and local community engagement programs, coordinating travel, safety, and visa logistics, and leading program application processes. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a related field.
• Three to five years of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program management for the Center for Community & Global Health.
• Assist in program development and implementation; coordinate local and international activities.
• Facilitate curriculum delivery for CCGH core programs and manage travel/evacuation logistics for international programs.
• Coordinate international travel, visas, insurance, and orientation for traveling students and staff.
• Lead program application processes and track requirements for honors and electives.
• Support marketing and communications for departmental programs and initiatives.
