Messer North America Inc. is seeking a skilled HR program leader to coordinate recruitment, employee development and talent management initiatives across global regions.

You will work with country and regional representatives to align training and engagement, while maintaining calendars for events and communications. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, project management, or a related field
• One year of experience in human resources or employee engagement
• Three years of experience in human resources or employee engagement
• Experience with implementing large-scale transformative programs
• Experience developing and implementing HR and global programs and initiatives
• Experience with project management and change management across多 levels of the organization
• Experience in the gas industry implementing cultural transformation programs
• Experience leading cross functional teams
• Experience working with employee engagement and culture change management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities impacting recruiting, employee development and talent management across Messer cultures & values
• Liaise with country and regional representatives around the world for training and engagement
• Execute shared calendar of events with regions and prepare internal/external events and presentations
• Identify leadership gaps, best practices and needs for common themes across regions
• Roll out global programs including surveys, strategic planning, training and reporting
• Manage budgets and procurement for program initiatives
• Share best practices and lessons learned across regions
