Job summary

Messer seeks a skilled HR program manager to coordinate recruiting, training and talent initiatives across regions. You will help implement global programs, track engagement and lead cross-functional teams to drive change.

In this role you will liaise with regional representatives, manage project plans and budgets, and support education and engagement programs to enhance employee experience across Messer's worldwide operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, project management, or a related field.
• One year of experience in human resources or employee engagement, or three years in HR roles.
• Experience with implementing large-scale transformative programs.
• Experience developing and implementing HR and global programs and initiatives.
• Experience with project management, stakeholder management, and cultural change.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities impacting recruiting, employee development and talent management.
• Liaise with country and regional representatives for training and engagement.
• Execute shared calendar of events with regions and roll out global programs.
• Identify leadership and engagement gaps and share best practices.
• Prepare internal and external events and presentations; manage budgets.
• Monitor feedback mechanisms and support inclusive leadership initiatives.
