Job summary

Anderson Trucking Service, Inc. (ATS) in Minnesota seeks a Culture & Employee Communications Manager to design and execute high-impact internal communications that strengthen culture and elevate leadership visibility across our global transportation and logistics enterprise.

The role partners with HR and executives to drive employee engagement, craft strategic messaging, and measure impact with analytics and KPIs, while aligning communications with ATS values and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 8+ years of progressive communications experience, including executive and internal communications.
• Proven success partnering with senior leaders to develop strategic messaging aligning employees with business goals.
• Experience leading communications for organizational change, acquisitions, restructures, and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic communications advisor to executive leadership, driving organizational alignment, leadership visibility, and employee engagement.
• Develop and execute executive and enterprise communication strategies that support business goals and culture.
• Create and deliver impactful communications including leadership messaging, Town Halls, and executive briefings.
• Lead internal communications programs, governance, and channel strategies to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
