Job summary

Huron is seeking an Employee and Community Experience (ECE) Coordinator to help execute its CSR strategy. You will coordinate remote, virtual, and in-person service activities and philanthropic events, working with internal and external partners to track results and meet CSR goals.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and project management skills, with experience coordinating volunteer opportunities and event logistics. Hybrid work and Chicago-area preference noted.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and executing CSR activities and events.
• Strong project management and data-tracking abilities.
• Effective communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of CSR trends, reporting, and programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing remote/virtual and in-person service and philanthropic events, including admin processes, logistics, and post-event support.
• Administer and execute activities related to the Helping Hands program.
• Act as a liaison to committees, networks, and ERGs.
• Assist with data collection and reporting for CSR initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing for CSR communications support.
• Conduct research to inform CSR strategies.
• Execute project plans with the ECE team and collaborate on special projects.
• Assist with budget tracking.
