Job summary

Huron Consulting is seeking an Employee and Community Experience (ECE) Coordinator to support its CSR initiatives globally. The role involves coordinating service activities, managing data and metrics, and collaborating with internal and external partners to drive the company’s CSR goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an administrative or program support role, preferably CSR or nonprofit.
• Experience planning and executing small to large CSR activities and events.
• Track record coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute remote/virtual and in-person service and philanthropic events.
• Administer activities related to the Helping Hands program.
• Coordinate with committees, ERGs, and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with data collection and metrics reporting for CSR.
• Support CSR communications with Marketing and other teams.
• Conduct research to inform CSR strategies and initiatives.
• Help manage budgets and project plans within the CSR portfolio.
• Track budget and expenses for CSR activities.
