Google is hiring a Global Technical Program Manager to lead the Cross Functional Program within Data Center Operations. You will design, launch, and scale a structured engagement model across tiers, develop charters, BRDs, and RACIs, and drive KPI-based governance.

You’ll deploy AI/ML solutions to optimize operations, coordinate with GSO, DCOps, and EHS, and align stakeholders from engineering to executives while advancing large-scale, 24x7 data-center initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management at data centers, manufacturing, oil and gas, or other 24x7 operations.
• 10 years of experience in program management at data centers, manufacturing, oil and gas, or other 24x7 operations.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity to define and drive cross-functional programs in large groups.
• Advanced planning, continuous improvement, and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Design and launch the global CFP structured engagement model across tiers.
• Establish program artifacts: charters, BRDs, RACIs, and workflow charts.
• Govern performance with Data Center KPI scorecards and escalation paths.
• Lead change management to enable proactive, high-velocity planning.
• Deploy AI/ML technologies to solve problems and scale impact.
