Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking an International Logistics Product Manager to lead end-to-end product lifecycle for logistics solutions across the Americas, focused on U.S. market needs and cross-border capabilities.

You will partner with engineering, operations, design, and business teams to translate market insights into scalable product offerings and strategic roadmaps, while coordinating with teams across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Computer Science, Information Management, E-commerce, or related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience in international logistics, supply chain tech, or cross-border e-commerce.
• Experience with U.S. market, global e-commerce platforms, or large-scale international logistics companies preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving; ability to translate challenges into scalable product solutions.
• Excellent business acumen with strategic planning and product roadmap development.
• Strong project management skills with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams across time zones.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regions and time zones.
• Self-driven, proactive, customer-focused, with ownership.
• Professional proficiency in English for communication with U.S.-based customers and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle by identifying market opportunities, synthesizing customer feedback, analyzing industry trends, and defining product strategy.
• Analyze U.S. market characteristics and customer needs to design products and logistics solutions tailored to local business scenarios.
• Drive market research, product planning, solution design, business validation, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization for logistics products in North and South America.
• Define product requirements, user stories, workflows, and product architecture with engineering, operations, design, and business teams.
• Monitor performance and user feedback to improve functionality, UX, and business outcomes.
• Ensure high-quality releases through project management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination across time zones.
• Partner with teams in China and the Americas to align priorities and commercialization strategies.
• Track logistics trends across the Americas and develop market intelligence for long-term planning.
• Collaborate with business, operations, sales, and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies.
