Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Process Planning professional to design warehouse and sorting center processes for the America region, including data analysis, ROI calculation, and CAD layouts. You will drive automation planning and system integration with WMS, WCS, and TMS, and support pre-sales with professional warehousing solutions.

You will also help standardize practices across America warehouses, collaborate cross-functionally, and potentially travel for regional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, majors in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and supply chain management, Automation, and other related fields.
• More than 3 years of experience in process planning or automation planning.
• Those with experience in America or cross-border logistics planning are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse and Sorting Center Process Planning: plan processes for America logistics, analyze data, design workflows, select equipment, output CAD layouts and ROI analysis.
• Automation Planning and Implementation: design selection and integration of automated equipment with WMS/WCS/TMS, ensuring feasible technical solutions.
• Pre-sales Planning: participate in customer communication, interpret RFPs, complete process planning and bidding documents.
• Standardization System Construction: develop layout standards and cross-departmental collaboration within America warehouses.
