• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning technology products.
• MBA.
• 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in trade compliance, customs operations, customs brokerage, supply chain, logistics or similar.
• Experience launching products in international markets with different regulatory and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and the feature backlog using customer insights and metrics.
• Work with finance, pricing, and operations to manage the P&L for each geographic arc.
• Drive growth performance accountability in business reviews using data analytics.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, business development, and operations on go-to-market strategy.
• Influence organizational direction through narratives and leadership reviews.
