Job summary

Raisin is the world’s leading platform for savings and investment products, connecting consumers with banks in the EU, UK and US. The Bank Analytics team provides tailor-made funding guidance to partner banks by leveraging internal and external data, driving Raisin’s growth.

You will analyze deposit and funding markets, deliver timely insights on trends, and collaborate with multiple Raisin teams to align banks’ needs with our platform. Excellent English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience (including internships) in consulting, banking, or financial services.
  • Excellent English communication across teams; German nice-to-have.
  • Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Growth mindset and a hands-on attitude.
  • Experience with SQL and/or Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive market and funding intelligence for European and US deposit and funding markets; deliver clear visual insights into trends.
  • Provide strategic funding advice to partner banks with market indications, deposit forecasts and growth strategies.
  • Understand banks’ requirements and align them with Raisin’s platform by collaborating with other Raisin teams to unlock growth.

Team

Join the Deposits department, the group responsible for making some of Raisin’s most important strategic relationships grow and succeed.

The Bank Analytics team drives Raisin’s business with analytics, research, and insights to platforms and wider funding markets. You’ll provide tailor‑made funding guidance to our partner banks by leveraging internal and external data. The team’s analyses and guidance drive strategic decision‑making both in‑and outside the company.

We work closely with various departments and a multitude of stakeholders (e.g. partner banks, BusDev, Relationship Management, PR).

Your Responsibilities

As a member of the Bank Analytics team, you will be a fundamental driver of Raisin’s growth by providing timely insights into current market and platform developments and behavior and guiding the funding strategies of our bank partners.

  • Drive market and funding intelligence: Analyze European and US deposit and funding markets, as well as customer behavior on our platforms to deliver clear, visual insights into key trends and uncover opportunities.
  • Provide strategic funding advice: Help partner banks navigate their funding goals by providing market indications, deposit forecasts, and actionable growth strategies.
  • Understand and enable: Develop a solid understanding of banks’ requirements and help align them with Raisin’s platform, working closely with other Raisin teams to help unlock growth.
Your Profile
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience (including relevant internships) ideally in consulting, banking, or financial services.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the confidence to communicate clearly and professionally across teams; German nice-to-have.
  • Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or a similar field.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
  • A growth mindset, proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to be hands‑on.
  • Nice to have: experience with SQL and/or Python
