Job summary

Raisin is seeking a Relationship Manager to lead strategic partnerships with banks across multiple markets. You will manage executive-level relationships, align bank needs with Raisin’s platform, and drive collaborative initiatives such as new savings products launches and migrations.

You’ll travel regularly to meet partners, influence across marketing and distribution, and ensure successful, measurable outcomes for all stakeholders involved.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B client-facing roles with senior stakeholders
• Fluent English and French (written and spoken) at C1 level; additional languages a plus
• Strong academic background in business/economics or similar field
• Structured problem solving and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel regularly to meet partner banks in person

Responsibilities

• Build strong day-to-day relationships with partner banks and coordinate in-person meetings
• Understand each bank’s requirements and align with Raisin’s platform with marketing/distribution teams
• Contribute to initiatives from launching new savings products to strategic rollouts
• Collaborate across markets and teams on key projects to bring clarity to complex challenges
• Track and report partnership progress and outcomes to keep stakeholders aligned
• Maintain accurate product information and documentation for seamless system operation
