Job summary

Dolby Laboratories in the Los Angeles area is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global CRM & Email Marketing to lead the global CRM strategy across B2C, B2B, and partner audiences, and to align it with Dolby’s growth priorities.

You will set segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and governance standards, partner with Marketing and Digital teams, and enable regional teams with playbooks, templates, and AI-enabled personalization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing.
• Experience building and scaling CRM programs across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Define global CRM and email marketing strategy across B2C, B2B, and partner audiences.
• Establish global segmentation frameworks, customer personas, lifecycle journeys, and engagement models.
• Develop scalable playbooks and best practices for regional execution with brand consistency.
• Partner with Global Marketing and Digital leadership to align CRM strategy with growth objectives.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and performance benchmarks to measure success.
