Qualifications

• 8+ years in content operations, DAM, or digital asset governance.
• Deep knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce) and DAM tools.
• Proven taxonomy, metadata frameworks, and tagging standards.
• Experience with regulated workflows (MLR) and content approval processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management in a large, matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Lead DAM team of librarians, metadata specialists, and information managers.
• Establish cataloging, taxonomy governance, and metadata standards.
• Own end-to-end DAM platform lifecycle and vendor relationships.
• Partner with CRM teams to enable content reuse and activation across channels.
• Drive AI-enabled content discovery and semantic tagging strategies.
• Monitor adoption, performance metrics, and business impact of DAM.
