Job summary

ORBCOMM Inc. is seeking an experienced Credit Manager in Rochelle Park, NJ. You will oversee credit analysis and risk management across our global and domestic customer portfolio, evaluating creditworthiness and establishing credit limits consistent with policy.

You will collaborate with internal teams, leverage credit reports and data, and drive improvements in credit processes. The role combines analytic rigor with hands-on credit operations, in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Admin.
• 5–7+ years in corporate credit analysis and risk management.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with AI, automation and process improvement.
• Experience with credit reporting and risk assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
• Set and approve credit limits per policy.
• Monitor customer exposure and risk.
• Analyze financial data and credit reports to support decisions.
• Use CreditSafe, Dun & Bradstreet, and Experian reports.
• Improve processes and automate credit workflows.
• Coordinate with teams and external partners for due diligence.
