Bank of America seeks a Relationship Manager to serve as the primary liaison for designated business partners and connect them with Global Credit Operations teams. You will coordinate responses, clarify ownership, support senior leaders, and drive timely resolution of cross-functional priorities.

The role requires strong relationship management, excellent communication with senior leaders, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable steps across multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for designated business partners and coordinate engagement, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders with timely updates on priorities, risks and issues.
• Translate business priorities into coordinated, cross-functional actions and deliverables.
• Own intake and coordination for client escalations and drive resolution.
• Monitor commitments and ensure accountability of functional owners for execution.
• Identify recurring themes and feedback to propose process improvements and collaborations.
• Align partner strategies with Operations priorities and roadmaps across programs and AI initiatives.
• Promote enterprise thinking and shared solutions across lines and teams.
