Job summary

TaylorMade Golf Company seeks a Specialist for Collections and New Accounts to support onboarding, credit administration, and master data governance for domestic and international customers. You will work with Sales, Finance, Tax, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to maintain data integrity and ensure compliant credit decisions.

The role involves reviewing credit information, maintaining ERP data, and driving improvements to processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in credit, customer onboarding, customer master data management, or financial operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field a plus.
• Experience supporting international customers and distributors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and setup of domestic and international customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Maintain customer master data and account information within ERP and related systems.
• Review applications, financial information, trade references, and credit reports to support credit decisions.
• Support international account administration, compliance requirements, and credit reviews.
• Verify tax, resale, and regulatory documentation for compliance and data integrity.
• Prepare and maintain reporting related to onboarding, credit administration, and performance.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
