Job summary
ProspectBlue is seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst to join its finance team on a temporary basis. You will support the global credit and collections function, responding to customer inquiries, investigating account issues, researching unallocated cash, and handling recurring AR tasks.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years in credit and collections or related finance role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Experience in ocean shipping or freight logistics is a plus.
- ERP or NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
- Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Mailbox and Customer Portal Support: respond to inquiries about invoices, balances, payment status, and account details; escalate complex matters as needed.
- Cash Application and Reconciliation: research unallocated cash and apply payments; resolve misapplied payments and account discrepancies; support audits.
- Other Collections Activities: complete recurring collections tasks and coordinate with approvers for holds/releases and refunds.
