InCred seeks a detail-driven professional to support international credential services. You will process records, prep applications for evaluation, and respond to inquiries from students, families, and institutional staff.

This role emphasizes accuracy, privacy, and timely communication in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong written and oral communication skills, and a commitment to data protection.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience (relevant area of study or experience preferred).
  • Attention to detail, time management, goal-oriented, initiative, flexibility, and professionalism.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to contribute to a team’s success.
  • Ability to handle student academic records and other sensitive information in confidence and follow all student data protection regulations and laws.
  • Foreign-language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process international academic records, readying applications for next steps.
  • Review incoming student applications, including personal and demographic details, academic records, and educational history.
  • Respond to telephone and electronic inquiries from a wide variety of stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Report suspected fraud to supervisor.
  • Regularly meet and exceed team and individual processing goals.
  • Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned.
