Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Rep III in Membership and Credentialing to lead complex credentialing cases across US and international markets. You will authenticate end users, assess permissible uses, and ensure regulatory compliance, working with sales and partners to resolve issues.

This hybrid role involves in-person participation at a TransUnion office location for a minimum of two days weekly, partnering with the team to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of credentialing or recredentialing experience.
• Experience with due diligence investigations in multi-geography contexts.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local, and international regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex credentialing and recredentialing cases in US and international markets.
• Authenticate end users and confirm permissible use of products and services.
• Evaluate product requests with geographic considerations beyond the US.
• Conduct due diligence examinations using approved tools and research methods.
• Assess business legitimacy respecting regulatory requirements.
• Respond to escalated client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Serve as subject matter expert and provide guidance to team members and partners.
• Mentor and coach team members on credentialing best practices.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales and other groups to resolve credentialing issues.
