Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Credentialing Representative to manage complex credentialing and recredentialing cases for applicants in the United States and international markets. You will authenticate end users, assess permissible purpose and use of products, and conduct due diligence on complex requests.

You will evaluate regulatory compliance, collaborate with Sales and business units, and respond to escalated inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling credentialing or recredentialing cases for clients.
• Experience conducting due diligence examinations involving multi-geographic applicants.
• Knowledge of federal, state, municipal, and international regulatory requirements for verification.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex credentialing and recredentialing cases for US and international applicants.
• Authenticate end users and confirm permissible purpose and authorized use of TransUnion products.
• Evaluate requests including international scope to ensure compliance with policies.
• Conduct due diligence using approved tools and research methods, and document findings clearly.
• Respond to escalated client inquiries with timely, professional communication.
• Mentor and coach team members on credentialing best practices and processes.
